Scheduling

  • Scheduling online is the easiest way to book your appointment.
    • If you have never booked online before you will need to create an account, it is simple and just requires first and last name, phone number, an email address and creating a password.
    • You will receive an email verification of your appointment with more detailed directions, please take time to look it over, if you do not receive a confirmation than your appointment was not completed, please call if you have any problems

Cancellation Policy/No Shows

Our mission is to provide you with the best quality of services. Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation if possible so that we may offer the appointment to another client. We are aware that sometimes things happen, please give as much notice as your are able. If you fail to give less than 6 hours notice of cancellation you will be charged 50% for lost time.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason and fails to give any notice will be considered a "no show" and will be charged full price for a missed appointment.

Clients with repeated late cancellations, no shows or late arrival times may result in removal from online scheduling privileges. If you are using a gift certificate or package and fail to give proper notice of cancellation or fail to show up for your appointment you forfeit that gift certificate and that visit will be deducted from your package.

Insurance Coverage 

Massage may be a covered service with your current health insurance plan. Check with your insurance provider to learn more. Massage is usually covered through HSA's, Flexible Spending Accounts and Cafeteria Plans. Ask for a receipt for your session or use your Flex Debit/Charge Card or write a check from your account.
